Dolores, Colorado

Dolores is a small town on highway 145 approximately 65 miles south of Telluride and lying in Dolores County. Dove Creek is the County Seat. The McPhee Reservoir, adjacent to the town, is fed by the the Dolores River and the West Dolores River.

Rico is the neighbor 40 miles to the north, Cortez lies 15 miles to the south Monticello, Utah is 40 miles away.
