Norwood, Colorado

Norwood is a small ranching community approximately 37 miles from Telluride and located on Wrights Mesa in southwest Colorado. The town is surrounded by National Forest and BLM lands with the La Sal and Blue Mountains to the west and it’s very own 12,700’ Lone Cone Mountain. Norwood retains its “old west” small town charm and can be found along the Unaweep Tabeguache Scenic Byway.

Norwood is on the way to Moab, Utah passing through the majestic Paradox Valley.
