Vail, Colorado
The town of Vail and the Vail
Ski Resort lie along interstate 70 West of Denver.
Along the same corridor are Avon,
Eagle, and the Beaver
Creek Ski Resort.
Continuing westward, the traveler will go
through Parchute, Battlement Mesa, Rifle. Glenwood Springs
and onto Grand Junction,
Colorado. Interstate 70 leaves Colorado about 50 miles west
of GJ and enters Utah.
